Each apartment has double glazing, central air conditioning with individual  controls, TV system, Bosch oven, induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, Bosch washer/dryer, call bell system, smoke alarms, fire sprinklers, good quality drapes, sunfilter blinds and carpets. There are communal lounges on each floor. 

The Cherry Blossom Cafe is available for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. A pool table and library is also available.
Our village vans are available for shopping trips and other outings.

Ownership model - Occupation Right Agreement. 4% per annum management fee to a maximum of 20% of future resale price with the owner receiving the major share of the capital gain. .
